Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 c. finely chopped raw apples
    1 c. or more nuts
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and blend. Gradually add flour; blend thoroughly.
    Mix nuts and apples into batter.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
