Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 slices white bread, trim crust and cube
    2 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard.
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour egg and milk mixture over layers.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
