English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large jar pimentos
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Stir first 7 ingredients together and set aside.
    Boil remaining ingredients and let cool; pour over the other mixture. Cover and chill for 24 hours.
    Drain and serve.
    You may use 2 cans of French-style green beans if you need more salad.
