Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar and flavoring.
    Sift dry ingredients and add.
    Mix in nuts.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Roll into small balls. Lightly press down on ungreased cookie sheet (not too flat).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set (not brown), 7 to 9 minutes. Roll into sifted powdered sugar while still warm, then again after they have cooled.
    Store in tight containers.
    They freeze well.
