Diabetic - Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend cheese and margarine until smooth.
    Add flour, onion, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
    Shape dough into a roll, 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
    Wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Chill.
    Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Yields 24 servings.
