Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas, mashed
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco or margarine
    4 Tbsp. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Cream Crisco and add sugar in separate bowl.
    Cream until very light; beat in, one at a time, 2 eggs.
    Add vanilla and sour cream.
    Mix, then add flour mixture in 3 parts, alternating with thirds of the banana mixture.
    Stir batter after each addition until smooth. Bake in greased tube pan 45 to 50 minutes or 2 (8-inch) round pans for 25 minutes, or sheet cake pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool 1/2 hour or so before removing cake.
