Creamed Chicken On Corn Bread Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    8 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. rich milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. scraped onion
    6 Tbsp. chicken fat
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt chicken fat.
    Add flour and seasonings and stir over low heat until blended.
    Add cold stock and milk together.
    Stir and cook over low heat until thickened.
    Add chicken; heat thoroughly. Add more seasonings, if desired.
    Serve piping hot.
