Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. dried potatoes
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. water
Preparation

Cook altogether (20 to 30 minutes).
Mix 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk together and pour slowly into other ingredients. Add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed.
Turn off heat and let cheese melt.
Serve.
