King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. cooked and boned chicken
    1 large onion, sauteed and chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken stock
    1 can green chilies, chopped (remove seeds)
    12 tortillas (corn or flour)
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Break tortillas into bite size pieces.
    Line flat casserole with them.
    Add layer of chicken, layer of mixture, layer of tortilla bits, chicken and mixture.
    Top with 2 cups grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 60 minutes.
