Pineapple Velvet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
5 fluid oz. whipping cream
11 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. almonds for topping
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin using 1 1/2 cups water.
Chill until almost set.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream and pineapple.
Pour into serving dish and chill until firm.
Decorate with almonds.
