Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mushrooms
1/3 c. onions
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/4 c. parsley
noodles
Preparation

Drain mushrooms, saving liquid.
Brown beef, mushrooms and onion.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add mushroom liquid, water, Heinz 57 and parsley; simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Pour over noodles.
Serves 6.
