Drew'S Onion Dill Bread(Automatic Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg (room temperature)
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. minced dried onion
2 Tbsp. whole dill seed
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Put yeast into inner pan of automatic bread machine.
Next, put flour, baking soda and salt in pan.
Break egg into flour mixture.
Mix remaining ingredients; warm and add to flour mixture.
Select white bread and push start.
