Asparagus And Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions with tops
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 cans cut asparagus or fresh asparagus, steamed
    1 can LeSueur or small frozen green peas
Preparation
    Saute green onions in butter.
    Add garlic cheese and cook until melted.
    Add mushroom soup, mushrooms, pimentos and water chestnuts (chopped).
    Mix well and cook until mixtures bubbles in large casserole.
    Pour drained asparagus and peas.
    Spread cheese mixture evenly over top.
    Bake 30 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
