After Dinner Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    vanilla
    mint or butter flavoring
    food coloring
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and flavoring.
    Add enough food coloring to desired color.
    Add sugar gradually, mixing well.
    Form into 1/2 to 1-inch balls.
    Press down with thumb.
    Place in container with waxed paper between layers.
    Cover lightly.
    May be frozen until ready to use.
    Makes about 200 mints.
