Spinach Salad With Curry Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach
    1 red onion
    2/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, chow mein noodles, raisins, peanuts and chopped egg (garnish)
Preparation
    Wash spinach; pinch off leaves and discard stems.
    Pat the leaves dry on paper towels and wrap in towels and refrigerate until ready to use.
    Slice onion in rings and separate.
    Combine the oil, vinegar, wine, soy sauce, sugar, mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
    Shake until mixed.
    The dressing can be made ahead.
    Tear the spinach into bite size pieces; add onion and any other garnishes desired.
    Toss with 3 or 4 tablespoons of dressing.
