Stir-Fry Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast, skinned and boned
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. linguini
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/8-inch slices.
    Heat wok or large skillet. Add oil.
    Stir-fry chicken 5 to 6 minutes or until white and firm. Remove from wok.
    Add peppers.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, garlic and onions.
    Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Return chicken to wok.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over linguini.
