3/4 c. pecans
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 lemon juice (1 Tbsp.)
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix in order given; pour in unbaked pie shell.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; bake for 10 minutes, then 10 minutes at 300\u00b0, until crust is brown.
