Potato Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water until done.
    Mash the potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Roll potato dough mixture into the form of long sausages.
    Slice the dough sausages into 2 to 3-inch lengths.
