Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cream butter, cheese and flour.
    Roll and cut in small biscuits.
    Dip one side of biscuit in beaten egg (or brush with a pastry brush).
    Place 1/2 pecan on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
