Hot Potato Salad(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. diced onion (fresh)
    1 c. Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise)
    1 lb. Velveeta, diced
Preparation
    Pan-fry bacon and crumble.
    Boil potatoes in jackets, then peel and dice.
    Put in
    a large bowl.
    Toss with rest of ingredients.
    Put in buttered, large, uncovered casserole (or two smaller ones).
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. May be made ahead; allow extra baking time.
