Ginger Beef Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    1 can vegetable broth
    3 oz. pkg. beef Ramen noodles broken up
    3 c. frozen broccoli stir fry vegetable mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, pour off drippings.
    Add salt, ginger and pepper.
    Stir in water, broth and seasoning package from noodles. Bring to a boil.
    Stir in vegetables and noodles.
    Return to boil. Cook until noodles are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
