Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into patties and fry in hot vegetable shortening until brown.
