Corned Beef Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can Libby's corned beef, chilled and grated
3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion
3/4 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Then mix jello in hot water.
Add to ring.
Spray mold with Pam and chill.
Serve on crackers.
