Modeling Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick original baking mix
    1/4 c. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. food color
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, salt and cream of tartar in a microwavable 4-cup glass measuring cup.
    Mix water and food color in a liquid measuring cup.
    Stir liquid into the dry mixture, a little at a time, until all the liquid is added.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High (100\u00b0) for 1 minute.
    Scrape the mixture from the side of the cup and stir.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High (100\u00b0) for 2 to 3 minutes longer, stirring every minute, until the mixture forms sort of a ball.
    Let the dough stand, uncovered, about 3 minutes. Spoon out of the measuring cup.
    Knead in your hands or on the counter about 1 minute or until smooth.
    Cool about 15 minutes. Use to make your favorite shapes and designs.
    Place in a tightly covered container or plastic bag; refrigerate.
    Makes about 1/2 pound.
