Chocolate Chip Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with heavy brown paper.
Bake 45 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
