Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or more (the more the better)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    water (to fill a medium frypan)
    1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Fry and drain bacon; crumble and set aside.
    Combine egg, flour, sugar, vinegar and water in a medium frypan.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add bacon and salt if needed. Serve over dandelion or lettuce.
