Ground Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce (hot or mild to suit taste)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. fresh corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add the onion and brown some more until the onion is brown. Add enchilada sauce, mushroom soup and chicken soup. Stir well to mix ingredients. Set aside.
