Sauce Alfredo(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. heavy cream (whipping)
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
In a heavy saucepan, heat the butter and cream almost to a simmer.
Do not let it bubble.
Remove from heat and pour over cooked and drained pasta of your choice.
Toss with cheese, egg yolks, salt and pepper and nutmeg.
Serve immediately.
