Pork And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sized pork roast, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 small tomato, sliced
    5 or 6 medium sized potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    a few carrots, sliced into medallions
    chopped onions
    chopped leeks or green onions
    2 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Layer into casserole dish: meat, layer of spuds, carrots, onions and leeks.
    Make 3 of these layers.
    Top with sliced tomatoes.
    Pour white wine over the top.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
