House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 small red onion
    6 oz. green olives
    1 small can pimentos
    1 can quartered artichoke hearts
    6 oz. can Parmesan
    1/2 box croutons
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Tear into bite size pieces and combine in a large bowl the 2 heads of lettuce.
    Slice onion into thin slices.
    Mix in drained green olives, pimentos and quartered artichoke hearts.
    Mix red wine vinegar, canola oil, salt and pepper in jar.
