Pot Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Use for vegetable meat pies or fruit cobblers.
    Stir flour and sugar together.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour in 9 x 11-inch pan or dish and then pour fruit or meat and vegetables.
    Add a little butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until nice and brown.
