Oven-Fried Chicken With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Honey-Butter Sauce
    1 (2 1/2-3 lb) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper, stirring well; dredge chicken in flour mixture.
    Set aside.
    Pour butter into 13x9x2 baking pan.
    Place chicken in pan, turning to coat with butter.
    Cover and bake, meaty side down at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces, and pour Honey-Butter Sauce over each piece. Bake uncovered an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with sauce.
