Barbecue Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (31 oz.) can Van Camp's pork and beans
    1 (52 oz.) can Van Camp's pork and beans
    1 box dark brown sugar
    1 to 2 lb. breakfast sausage
    1 (18 oz.) jar hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Drain juice from pork and beans.
    Slice sausage into bite size bits and brown lightly.
    Chop onion and brown lightly in sausage grease.
    Mix barbecue sauce and brown sugar, then stir in sausage, onion and pork and beans.
    Simmer on low 1 1/2 hours.
