Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag tortilla chips
3 avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 large bunch scallions
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mash avocados with lemon juice. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip on bottom, then avocado mix, then sour cream mixture, then tomatoes and top with cheese and scallions. Serve with chips alongside.
