Fried Rice Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 slice ham, cooked
    2 Tbsp. diced carrot
    2 Tbsp. green bean
    1/4 head onion
    2 bowls cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soy
Preparation
    Wash and dice onion.
    Rinse and cook ham and dice.
    Scald green bean and diced carrot.
    Remove and drain.
    Saute diced onion with 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add cooked rice to stir until tender.
    Add green bean.
    Cook ham and diced carrot to stir.
    Add seasoning; stir-fry until done and remove.
    Fry beaten egg with oil as omelette wrapping.
    Put the fried rice on a side.
    Wrap in semi-circle; fry and seal.
    Serve.
