Tetrazzini Shawna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked turkey, cut into small pieces 1/2-inch
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. milk (room temperature)
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. minced pimento
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz. vermicelli
1 clove garlic, crushed
parsley
Preparation

Mix flour and oil in large pan over medium heat (roux).
Add milk, stirring so not to clump.
When mixture starts to thicken, whip in wine.
Add other ingredients except vermicelli.
Cook vermicelli in separate pot with water until al dente.
Combine pasta and mixture; bake 10 minutes.
Top with cheese and parsley. Serve.
