Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large zucchini
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. Parmesan
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cut one thin lengthwise slice from each zucchini.
Cut small slice from each end.
Scoop contents out of each one and set aside. Cook meat and onions in oil.
Mix 1/4 cup tomato sauce with egg and bread crumbs and add to meat and onions.
Blend well and fill zucchini shells.
Place on a greased baking dish.
To the remaining tomato sauce add oregano, minced garlic, basil and salt and pepper to scooped out zucchini.
Pour this mixture over filled shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered last 10 minutes.
