Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into cubes
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    3 cans corn, drained
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    2 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
Preparation
    In large Dutch oven, brown half of pork in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until pork is tender. Serves 10.
