Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 doz. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water; drain.
    Combine in bowl soup, egg, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
    Mix with broccoli.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with crackers over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
