Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Cream together butter or Crisco and sugar. Stir together baking powder, buttermilk, soda and salt.
Mix all together.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 33 minutes. Frost with Caramel icing.
