Fish Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising cornmeal
    1 cup self-rising flour
    Dash of cajun seasoning
    6 oz. beer
    1 egg
    Fish fillets
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour and seasoning.
    Set aside.\tIn a separate bowl blend beer and egg.
    Beat until frothy.
    Dip fish in wet ingredients and then dredge in dry.
    Let sit for 10 minutes.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Serve with Hush Puppies.
