Aunt Sue'S Fluffies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Whip egg whites and cream of tartar.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Whip until batter peaks (add food coloring, if desired). Line cookie sheets with brown paper bags.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
