Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 5 or 6 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 pkg. small flour tortilla shells (in refrigerator section)
Preparation

Boil chicken in 6 to 8 cups water. Remove from cooker; pull or cut into bite size when cool. (Whole chicken, remove skin.) Bring broth and extra water, if needed, to boil. Cut soft tortilla shells into bite size and drop into rolling boil broth. Reduce heat; cover for about 10 minutes, then add chicken. Cook long enough to warm chicken.
