Taglianini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, uncooked
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. pitted olives, sliced
    1/2 c. olive liquid
    1 c. Cracker Barrel cheese, dice and set aside
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; drain off liquid.
    Add remaining ingredients, uncooked noodles.
    Use 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for 15 minutes.
    Can be frozen or prepared ahead and heated.
