Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    7 c. flour
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water (use water from potatoes).
    Important to let water cool to lukewarm.
    Mix with remaining ingredients to make a stiff dough.
    Let rise until double in size; knead down. Bake at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 4 dozen rolls.
