Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted margarine
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    pinch of salt
    1 (10-inch) or 2 (9-inch) frozen pie crusts
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add sugar, buttermilk, eggs, coconut, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
    Mix together and pour into frozen pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
