Busy Day Spanish Rice Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Van Camp's Spanish rice
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Cheddar cheese
about 1/2 c. minced onions (already soaked and ready to mix in)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix with Spanish rice in large bowl and add minced onions.
Put in 9 x 9-inch casserole dish and top with Cheddar cheese.
If you don't have time to grate cheese, just slice and put on top.
Cook at 425\u00b0 in preheated oven until cheese is real bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Serve with barbecue, bread and pickles.
