Meatball Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. ground beef
6 c. beef broth
3 carrots, chopped
2 c. shelled fresh peas or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Combine eggs, bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley, onion, garlic and salt.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Form mixture into 48 balls.
In a skillet, brown meatballs, shaking pan often to keep balls rounded.
Drain off fat.
