Prize Winning Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 tsp. butter, melted
    2 1/8 oz. can poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar; beat for 2 minutes.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, alternating with milk (beginning and ending with dry ingredients).
    Stir in extract and poppy seed.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Pour glaze over bread.
