Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 large egg or 2 small
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until creamy.
    Beat in egg and orange juice.
    Sift in flour together with cocoa, baking soda and salt. Fold in nuts.
    Divide batter in half and spread 1/2 batter on Pam-sprayed 11 x 4-inch cookie sheet or 12-inch oval.
    Repeat with other half.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
